Policies

  • We are not responsible for any lifting, breaking or infections that naturally occur.


  • Nail Infills after 4 weeks will potentially be charged as a removal and fresh set, depending on the condition of the nails.


  • Clients who are over 10 minutes late, may not be able to have their pre-booked treatment. We will do our best to accommodate you, so please contact us as soon as you know you will be late.


  • Clients must give 24+ hours’ notice to cancel an appointment, before 24hrs no fee will be charged. After this time a cancellation fee will be charged. This is charged at 50% of the treatment price.


  • Client no- shows will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.


  • If you are not satisfied with your treatment, please inform us within 48 hours and the issue will be rectified, subject to discretion.
